Jared McColloch
Missing Since: 2003
Jared McColloch, 33, left his home in Marion, Louisiana, on November 4, 2003, for an unplanned trip to Illinois. He would never reach that destination. Jared was only 13 days away from the end of his supervised probation and had always complied with all requirements, including obtaining proper travel documentation. His mother believes that concern for his 15-year-old son, who lived in Illinois at the time, may have prompted the sudden trip. Jared was last seen on November 5 at 8:51 am at a Hucks gas station. He spoke with his mother at 8:59 a.m., marking the final known contact. On November 6, his white 2020 GMC truck was found abandoned on a road near the Wabash River in Indiana. Knox County investigators found Jared’s dogs perfectly fine in his truck, but he was nowhere to be seen. Despite speculation that Jared is on the run from the law, the Knox County Sheriff's Department is adamant that Jared McColloch is a missing person. If anyone has any information about Jared’s whereabouts or activities, they should reach out to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
